Tony Gambitsis was born and raised in Lower Hutt. After graduating from Victoria University he began his accounting career with Deloitte and in 1986 qualified as a Chartered Accountant. In 1989 Tony joined his Father as a partner in Gambitsis Partners and  with Leo's retirement in 2007 joined forces with David to form Gambitsis Crombie.

Tony prioritises the establishment of close relationships with his clients and through this understanding helping them in the development of  their businesses . He has a particular interest in property and business development.

After hours Tony enjoys road biking and playing squash and is a past President of Mitchell Park Squash Club. He serves on several community based committees.  With 3 adult children spare time is rare but he always makes time for music, movies and supporting the Hurricanes and Wellington rugby teams. David Crombie has lived in the  Hutt Valley and been a Chartered Accountant for over 30 years. He has previously held the positions of  Chief  Financial  Officer   and  General  Manager  in   major  funds management companies and was a Senior manager Corporate Finance at Touche Ross London for 7 years.

David's areas of interest including the providing of  accounting, audit, project accounting and financial advisory services. He is a specialist in valuing small to medium  sized business and helping clients to buy, sell, or grow their  businesses.

Outside of the office David has served in the capacity of Trustee and Director roles, and Volunteer Trustee, committee member in local community based and charity organisations. David can be contacted on (04) 939 1975 or david@gambitsiscrombie.co.nz.
